You’ll notice the DNA of the Canggu original forms the base of Mason Uluwatu, but this space mingles it with a touch more modernity, with an exposed kitchen, to really enhance the Mediterranean feel of the restaurant. You can expect the same delicious dishes, alongside a slew of new additions.

Think Lamb Kleftiko with anchovy, potato, and oregano, alongside a Seared Swordfish with romesco, leek, almond, and herbs. The venue’s much-loved wood-fired breads, and their signature wood-fired bread pudding will, like always, leave you in awe!

This restaurant is the latest endeavour by Chef Ryan Clift, the renowned Chef of Tippling Club, Singapore, fame.

Guests are invited to experience his seven-course menu with optional wine and cocktail pairing. The menu includes Steak Tartar, Hokkaido Scallop, Foie Gras Cheesecake and more. Vegetarian friends need not fret either, for you’ll find Whip Burratta, Charred Cauliflower on their vegetarian set menu.
