LONGTIME is a modern Asian restaurant and bar on Jalan Pantai Berawa from Jordie Strybos and Pablo Fourcard, the founders of Milk & Madu, Watercress and Ulekan, with Randa Assi. Executive chef Tyler Preston previously cooked at Chin Chin and Bang Bang Byron Bay. The menu covers snacks such as prawn toast and beef rendang spring rolls, small plates like burrata with chili crunch and house roti, and larger dishes including twice-cooked pork belly, crispy half duck and massaman curry of beef cheek. Lunch features a bottomless yum cha option. The mid-century, retro-styled room has a terrace and DJs on weekends. It suits long lunches, group dinners and late cocktails.
