About This Property
Lyvin Melasti Villas is a cliffside collection of ocean-view villas on Jalan Blimbing Sari II in Pecatu, above Melasti Beach on the Bukit Peninsula. It is run by Lyvin, a Bali villa brand developed by PT Lyvin Properties Indonesia, and is set across four cascading levels so that each green roof becomes a terrace for the villa above.
Villas come with two or four bedrooms, and Booking.com lists cliffside panoramic, cliffside ocean-view, poolside and family layouts. Each has a private pool facing the Indian Ocean, with floor-to-ceiling glass, Sulawesi marble floors and custom teak furniture, plus a kitchenette, washing machine, streaming TV and walk-in showers. A further block of suites is being added.
Guests get private check-in, a 24-hour front desk and concierge, free WiFi and free private parking, and Booking.com lists an airport shuttle. A restaurant and spa are planned but not yet open.
Melasti Beach is below the cliffs, and Uluwatu Temple and Jimbaran Bay are a short drive away. Ngurah Rai International Airport is about 13 km away.

Lyvin Melasti is on Jalan Blimbing Sari II in Pecatu, on the limestone cliffs above Melasti Beach in the south of the Bukit, with Topan Beach about a 14-minute walk away according to Booking.com, and a short drive from Uluwatu Temple and Jimbaran. The villas step down four levels, so expect stairs; ask for a cliffside unit if the ocean view matters most. Two-bedroom villas suit couples and small families, and the four-bedroom family villa suits larger groups. There is no restaurant on site yet, so plan meals in Uluwatu or use the kitchenette.
