About This Restaurant
Luma opened in Canggu in 2022 and is run by chefs Cameron Emirali (10 Greek Street, London) and Kieran Morland (Merah Putih and Sangsaka, Bali). The cooking is Mediterranean, inspired by Southern Europe and built around produce from Bali and nearby islands: fresh bread, hand-rolled pasta and whole fish cooked over a wood-fired hearth and charcoal grill.
The menu changes with the season. Dishes include yellowfin tuna crudo, cannelloni with rabbit and taleggio, maltagliati with crab, squid and prawns, and a wagyu rib-eye for two. A chef's choice menu with optional wine pairing and a European-led wine list are also offered.
The white, arched building has a main dining room, a sunken lounge and a front terrace that runs as Bar Luma. It suits date nights, celebrations and group dinners.
