Margaret Bistro

Margaret Bistro is a two-storey Italian and Asian bistro on Berawa's main road in Canggu, with the menu curated by chef Andrei Krasov. The kitchen covers all three meals: breakfasts, homemade bread, salads, fresh pasta, steaks from a custom grill and Neapolitan pizza from the open-kitchen oven, plus Asian plates and an open sushi bar on the upper floor. The house Basque cheesecake is the signature dessert. Drinks include a modern wine list, mixologist cocktails, fresh juices, smoothies and coffee. The 90-seat space is bright, with marble, natural wood, live plants, an open bar and a dessert display, a ground-floor main hall and a closed second floor. It suits everyday breakfasts and lunches, casual dinners and date nights, and it has a loyalty programme for regulars. Its sister venue is IKI Izakaya on Jl. Tanah Barak.
