USHA Cafe & Bakery is a family-style cafe in Mas, on Jalan Raya Pengosekan south of central Ubud. It takes its name from founder Yulia Yushkevych and has since opened branches in Canggu (Umalas) and Uluwatu.
The kitchen cooks Ukrainian and Eastern European home food alongside cafe breakfasts: borscht, varenyky dumplings, syrniki, crepes, beef stroganoff, buckwheat cutlets with sauerkraut and eggs Benedict.
