Spice by Blake, the revival of the beloved Spice by Chris Salans, now comes under the creative direction of Chef Blake Thornley, co-owner of Mozaic. The restaurant reimagines Indonesian comfort food through a modern lens, featuring shareable plates, elevated street food flavours, and seasonal local ingredients delivered with flair. Must-tries include the BBQ baby back pork ribs, wagyu satay, and sambal-laced bone marrow.
The experience is complemented by an award-winning beverage program from Bili Wirawan, named Best Restaurant Mixologist 2024.
