Pyramids Cafe

At the Pyramids Cafe we have created our ‘Food as Medicine’ menu as a journey into the world of healing. Along with vibrational healing through sound, we would like to offer you vibrational medicine through food. All of the plant-based recipes have been created to help you ‘feel’ food as a source of energy and new life in the body. The ancient Egyptians saw the pyramids as a representation of the form of the physical body emerging from the earth and ascending towards the light of the sun. In modern day language, this simply means growth and healing. The sound healings that occur within the walls of the pyramids are an integration of self and soul. Our menu reflects this so your Pyramids of Chi experience is one of the same. Please enjoy your selection. Natalie Baldock Institute of Integrative Nutrition Food Coach
