Nusantara is Indonesian for ‘archipelago’ -- the thousands of diverse and remarkable islands that make up the country of Indonesia. Restaurant Nusantara is a spin-off from Restaurant Locavore. In keeping with our philosophy, our kitchen uses only fresh, seasonal Indonesian ingredients.
