Our name Usada refers to the Balinese concept of natural plant medicines, and is another aspect that is fused into our offerings. Our food has a mix of Indian, Indonesian and modern flavors. We place the highest emphasis on sourcing sustainable and pesticide free ingredients, delivered fresh to us from our friends in the mountains every morning.
