Copper Kitchen, Bar & Rooftop sits on the top floor of Bisma Eight Hotel on Jalan Bisma, looking out over the jungle canopy of central Ubud. It is open to outside guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu mixes modern European cooking from Italian, British and French traditions with Southeast Asian and Indonesian flavors. Expect grilled seafood, quality meats, handmade pasta, salads, vegetarian dishes and sharing plates, made with Balinese produce and vegetables from the group's own garden in Tegallalang. Daily high tea, a Thursday heritage dinner and Friday rooftop barbecue run alongside the main menu. The rooftop bar mixes classic and signature cocktails, and runs jamu, mocktail and cocktail classes. It suits sunset drinks, romantic dinners, groups and families.
