Bebek Tebasari Resto opened on 10 May 2014 in Lodtunduh, south of central Ubud, and grew out of owner I Wayan Rebawa's Tebasari luwak coffee business. It is now part of the Tebasari Group, alongside a resto and lounge in Tegallalang and a coffee and chocolate shop. The 1,800 square metre site overlooks rice fields, with two main buildings and seven thatched bamboo gazebos set over koi ponds, seating up to 250 guests. The kitchen is known for duck: crispy fried duck (bebek goreng) and bebek betutu, Balinese slow-cooked spiced duck, alongside other Indonesian dishes and set menus. It suits families and groups looking for a Balinese duck lunch in a rice-field setting, and the restaurant offers a shuttle around Ubud.
