Synkonah

A love of Gin, the Mediterranean and Picasso is the inspiration behind new kid on the block, Synkonah. In the heart of the popular Berawa neighbourhood, Synkonah is a 70-person restaurant-bar, celebrating the increasingly flexible way most of us choose to dine out today. You drop in for a glass of wine, order a couple of small plates and before you know it drinks have rolled into dinner! It’s 10pm, and you’re sitting up at the bar with a gin. Lead by Australian chef Lachlan Waddell we cook and serve the food we enjoy at home with family and friends. Our cocktail list includes a little of everything, making it the perfect gin venue to drag your whisky and vodka-loving mates to. How else are you gonna convert them?!
