Bamboo Bar & Grill

Bamboo Bar & Grill has been Australian-owned since 2011 and sits on Jalan Kartika Plaza next door to Waterbom and opposite Discovery Mall. The bamboo-framed room has a sandy floor, a stage and twelve screens, several of them 100 inches, showing AFL, NRL, F1, UFC, cricket, the Premier League and Sky Racing. The kitchen grills imported Teys and Angus beef, from a 600g Angus tomahawk to T-bone and rib eye, alongside coral trout, Tasmanian salmon, oysters natural or Kilpatrick, beef rendang and sate, with seafood from the Jimbaran market and vegetables delivered daily. Breakfast starts at 9am. A band plays from 8.30pm six nights a week with no cover charge and a DJ on Saturdays. Kids eat free on Monday and Tuesday. The kitchen closes at 10pm and the bar at midnight.
