Plataran Menjangan Resort & Spa

Plataran Menjangan Resort & Spa is an eco-resort inside West Bali National Park, on the coast road between Seririt and Gilimanuk in north-west Bali. It is run by the Indonesian hospitality group Plataran, and the surrounding park is home to the endangered Bali starling.

Accommodation is in traditional joglo-style villas: One and Two Bedroom Forest Villas, Ocean Front Pool Villas, Ocean Front Mangrove Villas with butler service, and the Founder's Home. Units have air conditioning, a seating area and bathrooms with bathtub and shower.

The Octagon Ocean Club is the main venue, a three-level building with seafood, Asian and international dishes and an infinity pool with a sunken bar. Kinandari Open Kitchen serves Balinese and Indonesian food, and the spa offers treatments, beach yoga and meditative walks.

The on-site PADI dive centre runs dives and snorkelling trips to Menjangan Island, and private cruises, mangrove kayaking, jungle treks and guided birdwatching with park rangers are offered. Lovina is about 49 km east.
