A Unique Celebration of Mixology and Talent
Bringing together 17 of South Bali’s finest bars and bartenders, The Big Shake-Up 2025 will showcase an array of signature cocktails and innovative mixology techniques from some of the best talents in the industry. Each participating venue will be represented by one bartender, competing to craft the best-selling cocktail of the night in a high-energy competition format.
Participants will be divided into four groups, each consisting of four to five bartenders. The bartender from each group whose cocktail generates the highest sales will advance to the grand finale, ensuring an exciting and dynamic competition throughout the event series.

Each participant will present their own signature cocktails, setting the stage for an unforgettable opening round.
