Phamily First’s curation brings together winemaker friends' good bottles and good vibes for one Sunday at Dome, as Bao La, Julien Pham (Phamily First), and Pam Yung come together for an afternoon of flavour and storytelling.
Expect dishes that feel both familiar and unexpected—rooted in East and Southeast Asia but shaped by years spent in kitchens across Paris, New York, Hong Kong, Australia, Vietnam, and beyond. A menu that moves fluidly between cultures, driven by a deep respect for produce, seasonality, and the farmers behind it. Thoughtfully paired with natural wines that tell their own stories.

As children of immigrants, having travelled and worked across different culinary landscapes, Bao, Julien, and Pam embrace the influences that have shaped them.
