Joey Alexander, a Bali-born international jazz artist, will present two homecoming concerts at The Padma Legian Resort on Friday and Saturday, September 15-16, 2023.
All happening before he celebrated his 20th birthday, Joey remains the first Indonesian to chart on Billboard’s Top 200 and to be thrice-nominated for a Grammy Award. Uprooted from Indonesia to the USA by his parents in 2014 when he was 11 years old, Joey spent his trailblazing teenage years recording six critically acclaimed albums – featuring jazz classics and his own songs and performing before appreciative global audiences.
As Joey’s musical career soars to great heights, He has brought audiences and fellow musicians to their feet at Jazz Festivals in Odessa, Montreal, Newport, Copenhagen, Montreux, Detroit, Mackinaw Island, Julliard School of Music, New Orleans, and Jakarta. Joey has performed for President Obama at The US White House, played for a global television audience live from Lincoln Center, and 'wowed' a sold-out engagement at Carnegie Hall.

Joey Alexander and Friends' – performing as a trio, will take to the stage of The Plumeria Grand Ballroom on Friday and Saturday, 15 & 16 September 2023, as the next installment of the popular Padma Musical Series.
