Ulu Garden

Ulu Garden is the restaurant at the heart of ULU Tribe, a small Uluwatu ecosystem that also includes the Ulu Active gym and recovery space and the Ulu Shop for local crafts. It was founded by an Uluwatu artist and musician and his Belgian wife. The kitchen serves a contemporary take on Indonesian cuisine with a short, seasonal menu, plus vegan and gluten-free options. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Recurring programmes include Kampung Rasa, a Sunday market with traditional Indonesian set menus, and Fire & Wood, a live-grill night with an Indonesian buffet. Tables sit under mature trees, on a covered two-level terrace and in a garden courtyard. A stage hosts live music every day, and full and new moon evenings bring Balinese dance. Families, dog owners and groups are all catered for.
