Season two of Tanaman is centred around relationships with farmers, the community and the land, exploring different environments around the island: rainforests, mountain ranges and coasts. Tanaman leans into its celebration of the vegetable itself: seeing the entire plant –root to fruit– and using culinary techniques to elevate their natural flavours. Open everyday, or for a more intimate experience, join us on Thursdays where Chef Dom will personally present the new menu around a chef’s table. With a carefully paired selection of wines or non-alcoholic cocktails and a soundscape to match, this is a feast for all the senses.
