Fu House opened on Jalan Petitenget in June 2024 as a wood-fired, Asian-inspired restaurant whose roots are in Thai cooking. Dishes are cooked over open flame and served to share. The menu runs from beef larb on rice crisp, prawn toast and green papaya salad with jicama and peanuts to mud crab with sour mango and chili, dry fish yellow curry and dry beef curry with chili relish. Cocktails use Thai flavours such as kaffir lime, Thai basil, jasmine and calamansi. The dark-timber dining room has velvet seating, a long bar and a lounge, plus a private dining room for up to 12. It opens nightly from 18:00, with valet parking and vegetarian options. It suits date nights and groups who want a lively dinner.
