Bossman (styled BO$$MAN) is a burger bar on Jalan Kayu Cendana in Seminyak, first opened in 2015 by the team behind Sisterfields, with a second outlet on Jalan Pantai Batu Bolong in Canggu. The look borrows from early-90s street culture, with burgers named after big personalities. The menu is all burgers: beef patties made in house, a buttermilk fried chicken burger with caramelised pineapple and cheddar, and fries and sides, all on soft buns baked daily. It is not halal certified because pork is served, but non-pork options are available. It opens every day from 11 AM to 5 AM (last order 4 AM), which makes it a regular late-night stop after Seminyak bars. Dine in, or order delivery through GoFood and GrabFood. Parking is for motorbikes only.
