Bo & Bun

Bo & Bun opened in September 2014 on Jalan Raya Basangkasa in Seminyak and is run by Eat Company, the group behind Miya Social and Wild Habit Pizza. The food reimagines Southeast Asian street food with a strong Vietnamese focus, served in a room styled like a romantic French bistro. The signature is the 12-hour pho. Small plates include twice-cooked pork belly buns, Vietnamese spring rolls, fresh rice paper rolls, pandan chicken and Thai fish cakes, followed by noodle salads, rice dishes and curries. A cocktail list built on local ingredients is served at the bar, with a waiting bar for walk-ins. Tables are held for two hours.
