Bambu

Bambu is a dinner restaurant on Jalan Petitenget in the Seminyak and Kerobokan area. It celebrates Indonesian design: guests cross candlelit stepping stones over lily and koi ponds to reach a carved Javanese joglo pavilion and a two-level dining hall. The menu draws on recipes from across the Indonesian archipelago, served in a setting styled on traditional Indonesian architecture, with a full bar for cocktails and wine. Dinner is served daily from 6pm. The restaurant can host group dinners for up to 60 people with four-course menus from IDR 600,000++. It suits couples, visitors wanting a polished introduction to Indonesian cooking, and special-occasion groups. Reservations are taken online, by phone or by email.
