Shaffa GastroBazar

Shaffa GastroBazar is a wood-fire Mediterranean kitchen in Balangan, on the Bukit peninsula between Jimbaran and Uluwatu. A brick oven and a wood grill sit at the centre of an open kitchen, alongside a charcoal grill and a smoker, and the menu is built around Middle Eastern flavours, slow cooking and fermentation: aged and fermented beef, Arabic style lamb neck, grilled octopus, pizza and flatbread off the stone, house pita from the wood oven. A full bar with cava, prosecco and a proper cocktail list, and an open-air terrace facing the jungle and the ocean. Open daily from breakfast through dinner.
