The Bali Guideline is an online service platform that allow users to browse, find and book travel experiences in Bali and Beyond. This website offers guides and deals including variety of tours, tickets, and services made by Thebaliguideline or the third party operators.

The terms “we”, “us”, “our’ refers to The Bali Guideline and ”website” or “site” refers to www.thebaliguideline.com. Whereas the term “you” and “ your” refers to any customer who access the website. By accessing this Website or using the service in any manner, you agree that you have read and understood its terms to be bound by this Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, please cease use of this site or book a product. In all bookings arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted this Agreement of the persons named in the booking. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions below, please leave the site immediately.

 

1. Use of the Site

By visiting our site , you agree to be bound by these terms.

As a condition of using our site, no commercial use of this site is allowed. You may use this site for personal and non commercial use only. You agree not to use this site to create any speculative, false or fraudulent requests.

 

2. Website and Content

All content and information displayed or performed on this website (including, but not limited to messages, data, information, text, graphics, articles, photographs, images, illustrations, video, audio, and other materials are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, transfer,store, sell or resell or use any part and information of our site without our consent, or any way that violates any third party rights.

 

3. Product and Booking Reservation

By making a booking on the site, you acknowledge that all information you submit is true and accurate. In addition, you agree that you will only make legitimate bookings for you or others for whom you are legally authorized to act.

You agree and authorize The Bali Guideline to use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy in effect from time to time

The Bali Guideline will not liable for any errors, false or omissions in any contents. All user submissions through this site is the sole responsibility of you.

 

4. Changing or Amending Your Booking

Any requests for changes and amendments to your booking must be made through written email at ask@thebaliguideline.com who will process your request. See the section Cancellations below for further details.
All change request or amendments must be received by The Bali Guideline Team more than four (4) days prior your confirmed travel date.

All date- change requests and amendments are subject to availability. Thebaliguideline cannot guarantee the success of any date-change request.

 

5. Cancellation

No refunds will be made once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, ticket attraction, speed boat and any other services. When canceling a booking with us, it can result in additional charge being applied. Please call or email us to check your total cancellation fees.

As different activity has different cancellation policy, please have a look at the below cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy for Speed Boat
*A cancellation which is made within 48 hours prior arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount
*No refund or rescheduling will be made for no shows or late arrival. Failure to arrive at the port will be treated as No ‐ Show and no refund will be given
*All cancellations should be in writing via email and received by The Bali Guideline Team at least 48 hours prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy for Tour
* A cancellation which is at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
*A cancellation which is between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
*A cancellation is within 2 day (s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee
*All cancellations should be in writing via email and received by The Bali Guideline Team at least 48 hours prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy for Rent Car with Driver
*A cancellation which is made within 48 hours prior arrival will be charged 50% of the car rental rate per-day.
*A Cancellation is made within 24 hours or on the date of usage, there will be charged of the cost of renting 1 Full Day.
*No refunds will be made for no – shows or late arrivals
*All cancellations should be in writing via email and received by The Bali Guideline Team at least 48 hours prior to departure

Cancellation Policy for Attraction
*Products or services that had been booked are non refundable, except there is an information from the vendor.
*No refund or rescheduling will be made for no shows or late arrival. Failure to arrive at the attraction/show will be treated as No ‐ Show and no refund will be given
*All cancellations should be in writing via email and received by The Bali Guideline Team at least 48 hours prior to departure

 

6. Voucher

After you make a booking through our website, you will be receiving a voucher for each tour, tickets or any other service booked via email. You must provide a valid The Bali Guideline Voucher to the appropriate service operator in order to redeem your ticket, tour or package.

A Service Operator may also require you to present a Valid ID in order to redeem your Voucher. Neither The Bali Guideline nor the Service Operator is responsible for lost, destroyed or stolen Vouchers. Vouchers will be void if the relevant Services to be provided are prohibited by law. If you attempt to use a Voucher in an unlawful manner, the respective Operator may refuse to accept your Voucher, and no refunds will be granted.

 

7. Pricing

Price stated on the site are nett per person, unless otherwise specified. Price quotations can be changed without prior notice which can be due to price increase in petrol, entrance fees, or taxes. The Bali Guideline cannot guarantee that all prices for the products or services provided by the Operators are accurate and updated all times

Please note our prices do not include tips to guides or drivers; passport and visa fees; baggage and travel or personal insurance. For more information on the inclusion of each activity, please check under “Inclusion” on the product pages of the website.

 

8. Payments & Fraud

For all booking with The Bali Guideline, your credit card will be charged by The Bali Guide Line for the full price at the time of booking and confirmation of the booking (sometimes without any option for refund depending on the product or service).

If you are using bank transfer payment method, please ensure you submit your payment confirmation form under “My Booking” after you have transferred the amount. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of your booking. The Bali Guideline reserves the right to cancel your booking if you do not transfer a full amount stated on the order receipt.

Reservation are not confirmed until you have received a valid e- voucher and there is the possibility that the Vendor can implement fraud examination mechanism during the booking process. If fraud occurs or is determined to occur, then the booking will be void. The Bali Guideline shall not bear any responsibility for such cancellations by the vendor.

You shall ensure that all the details your submit to us are accurate. The Bali Guideline reserves the right to not accept certain credit cards. The Bali Guideline can add or remove other payment method at our sole discretion.

10. Passport , Visas & Insurance

The Bali Guideline is not liable for any loss incurred in the event of your failure to hold the necessary passport, visas and documentation for your journey. You are advised to check with embassy, consulate or visa department of Indonesia. It is your responsibility to obtain whatever travel documents are required.

The Bali Guideline strongly recommend that you purchase a travel insurance prior to departure.

 

11. Disclaimers and General Limitation of Liability

All content including information, software, product, services, text, related graphic made available on this website, is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, The Bali Guideline disclaims all representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to the content on this Website or informational content, functions or non-infringement of the rights of third parties.

The Bali Guideline does not guarantee or make any representations that this site will operate error-free, interruption, inaccuracies relating to the information and description of the products and services displayed on this website (including, without limitation, the pricing, availability, photographs, features, inclusions and exclusions, general product descriptions, review and rating, etc). In addition, The Bali Guideline expressly reserves the right to correct any availability and pricing errors on our website and/or pending reservations made under an incorrect price.

The Bali Guideline is not responsible for any failures caused by server errors, misdirected or redirected transmissions, failed internet connections, interruptions in the transmission, any computer virus or other technical defect, whether human or technical in nature.

The Bali Guideline have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.

If The Bali Guideline are found liable for any loss or damage that arises out or is in any way connected with your use of our website or your booking or use products or services made available through our website, then The Bali Guideline’s liability shall in any event is limited to the greater of (a) the amount of transaction fees paid to The Bali Guideline in the twelve months prior to the action giving rise to the claim or (b) IDR 500,000 in the aggregate for all claims.

Kindly note that any complaints about the third party operators (boats, attractions, food, etc) is ultimately a matter for the vendor itself. The Bali Guideline will coordinate with the vendor to try and find a mutually agreeable solution but cannot guarantee a satisfactory outcome.
